After a two day drive down to Florida, the Sparkman family had safely arrived at Grammie's house in Bonita Springs for the beginning of our holiday adventures.
We enjoyed celebrating a family Christmas Monday evening with Grandpa, Grandma Nichols, Uncle Caleb and Aunt Susanne, Aunt Abby, and Grammie Ellie (Grampie Bob was sailing back from his mission trip to Haiti and safely arrived home Christmas Eve morning).
The girls enjoyed appetizers with Grandma Nichols in the living room while dinner was prepared in the kitchen.
Uncle Caleb helped carve the Christmas ham.
Lillian did not understand why just because she was at the table that it did not mean it was time to eat.
To distract Lillian before dinner, Rob let Lillian take a few pictures with the family camera. She was quite the little photographer and was able to capture some wonderful memories- like this one of Grammie and Great Grandpa.
Christmas dinner- ham, green bean casserole, corn casserole, mashed potatoes, and wine.
Snuggles with Aunt Susanne.
Christmas outfits made by Mommy for her special girls. They looked adorable.
Jumbo stockings for the girls from Grammie and Grampie.
Lillian decided it was easier to dump all of her presents on the floor.
A reindeer headband and her very own lotion.
One big happy family.
After dinner, we enjoyed touring a local display of Christmas lights.
Lillian was thrilled to ride on Uncle Caleb's shoulders.
It was quite fun to walk around and see the Christmas lights together (back home it is too cold to get out of the car).
Sporting their new Christmas sweaters from Grandma Nichols the next day.
