Fall weather is here and it is the perfect season to begin a new running routine.
After last years Half Marathon challenge, this next year I am embarking on a new jogging journey.
Together with my friend Melissa (who is full of wacky ideas such as this) we will be running. 12 in 12.
12 5k (or a bit longer) races in 2012.
Let the training begin...
Cooper loves his new jogging stroller and is happy to join us on the trail each Wednesday morning.
With his jogging hoodie and blanket, he is ready to go (he is usually asleep by the first half mile)
Today's run... 2 miles in 25 minutes.
